Welcome to Reputalion.com. By accessing or using our Website and Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Reputalion.com provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tool that allows business owners to connect their Google Business Profile to monitor customer reviews, receive notifications, and post responses directly from our interface.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION

To use our Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to bind the business entity you represent. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. GOOGLE API INTEGRATION AND USER RESPONSIBILITY

  • Our Platform connects to Google Services using official Google APIs. By using our service, you also agree to be bound by the Google Terms of Service and Google Business Profile Additional Terms of Service.
  • You are solely responsible for the content of the replies you post through Reputalion.com. You agree not to post replies that contain spam, profanity, hate speech, or violate Google’s content policies.
  • Limitation of Liability: Reputalion.com is an independent integration tool. We are not responsible or liable if Google suspends, terminates, or restricts your Google Business Profile account for any actions taken by you or due to general changes in Google's ecosystem.

4. BILLING AND PAYMENTS (PADDLE MERCHANT OF RECORD)

  • All subscription plan purchases, renewals, and billing management on Reputalion.com are exclusively handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.
  • By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Paddle to charge your chosen payment method for the recurring subscription fee (monthly or annually) until cancelled.
  • Starter subscriptions include a 7-day trial period. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. Unless cancelled before the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription.
  • All applicable taxes (including US Sales Tax) will be calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout based on your location.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, design, logo, and software on Reputalion.com are the exclusive property of Reputalion and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, completely secure, or error-free, or that Google APIs will remain available without changes.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
