REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for subscribing to Reputalion.com. Since our billing operations are handled by Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record), the following policies apply to all subscriptions.

1. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

• You can cancel your SaaS subscription at any time directly through your Reputalion Account Dashboard settings or via the link provided in your Paddle email receipt.
• Starter trial subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the trial period ends to avoid future charges.
• Upon cancellation, your premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual). No further automatic charges will occur.

2. REFUND POLICY

• Digital SaaS Nature: As our platform grants immediate access to live Google API review data and tracking features, we generally do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or unused time.
• 14-Day Review Period: If you experience technical failure or issues preventing the service from functioning properly within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a review for a refund by contacting [email protected].
• Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are subject to verification of the technical issue. If approved, the refund will be issued by Paddle directly back to your original payment method.
